Quality Assurance Tester

We seek a seasoned Quality Assurance (QA) tester to join our team. Our client is a global technology company that harnesses the power of data to drive digital transformation and enhance operational efficiency.

The successful candidate will have 12+ years of experience in software testing and test automation, with at least 3 years of experience working as a Test Lead. They must be proficient in Selenium testing for web, mobile, and APIs, as well as experienced in designing test automation frameworks using tools like Tosca and Robot Framework.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) processes and experience in mobile automation using tools like Appium. They will be responsible for developing and maintaining automated test scripts, analyzing and improving existing test automation strategies, and driving automation adoption and productivity improvement through automation.

As a key member of our team, the QA tester will collaborate with development and QA teams across shores, define efficient methods to create automated tests, and ensure continuous integration and deployment pipelines include automated testing. They will also mentor and train team members on best practices in test automation and create detailed documentation for testing strategies and processes.

  • Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium and leverage scripting languages such as Python, JAVA, C#, JavaScript, Ruby, and PHP.
  • Hands-on Functional Testing experience with applications like Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Oracle Cloud Fusion and Financials.
  • Analyze and improve existing test automation strategies and processes.
  • Drive automation adoption and productivity improvement through automation.
  • Collaborate with development and QA teams across shores and define efficient methods to create automated tests.
  • Ensure CI/CD pipelines include automated testing.
  • Empower and enhance delivery from offshore and ensure close coordination.
  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Lead initiatives to drive reusability and consistency with industry standard best practices.
  • Mentor and train team members on best practices in test automation.
  • Create detailed documentation for testing strategies and processes.
