Pharma Packaging Innovator

As a key member of our cross-functional team, you will play a crucial role in driving the development and implementation of innovative packaging solutions for the pharmaceutical industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with a multinational team to conceptualize and develop novel packaging formats from scratch to definitive technical specifications.
  • Initiate and implement packaging projects that align with our strategic objectives.
  • Proactively work with suppliers to ensure packaging performance and manage technical issues related to existing packaging solutions.
  • Support Product Managers, Sites, Quality, and Regulatory teams in managing packaging suppliers.
  • Identify optimization opportunities, develop, and implement global plans to achieve packaging Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as recycled content, eco-design, bioplastics, and regulatory compliance.
  • Expertise in Shipping Verification procedures is essential, along with great knowledge of creating and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Artioscad, Capepack, and other relevant tools is required.
  • Valuable knowledge and experience with laboratory equipment and its operation are highly desirable.
  • Travel is a requirement of this position.

What You'll Bring to the Role:

Essential Requirements:

  • Holds a University degree in Packaging Technology or equivalent.
  • Brings a minimum of 10 years of experience in developing Pharma packaging solutions.
  • Solid experience in various packaging materials, including thermo-forming, flexible laminates, glass, injection molding, and carton.
