Sales Channel Development Expert

This role is responsible for effectively managing and growing the business for the West India territory. It entails developing strategies to increase sales through channel partners, appointing new partners, and providing Sealed Air solutions to end customers.
The successful candidate will have experience in sales and marketing operations, with a focus on handling large accounts and distribution/channel sales in B2B environments. They will also have demonstrated skills in handling territories in India.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to grow existing channel sales
- Appoint and manage new channel partners to increase sales of Sealed Air solutions
- Provide training and support to channel partners to ensure they are equipped to sell Sealed Air products effectively
- Maintain accurate forecasts and reports to ensure timely updates on sales performance
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise between channel partners and management
- Ensure compliance with all sales policies and procedures
