Job Overview: We are seeking a seasoned Terraform automation expert to optimize our infrastructure codebase.

About the Role:

  • Review and refine our Terraform configuration templates, policies, and automation workflows for Cisco SD-WAN deployments across multiple sites.
  • Evaluate and provide recommendations on state management strategies, including remote backends and locking mechanisms.
  • Integrate Terraform with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems, such as Git or Azure DevOps.
  • Collaborate with our technical team to deliver a comprehensive review report and implement improvements.

Requirements:

  • Extensive hands-on experience with Terraform, including modules, variables, and IaC workflows.
  • In-depth knowledge of Cisco SD-WAN components, including vManage, vSmart, and vBond.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Familiarity with network automation best practices and SD-WAN deployment models.
  • Experience with enterprise-scale multi-site WAN deployments is highly desirable.

Professional Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in Infrastructure Automation or Network Automation engineering roles.
  • 3+ years of proven hands-on experience with Terraform in production environments.
  • Prior exposure to Cisco SD-WAN automation, templates, and policies is required.
