About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and experienced professional to lead the end-to-end delivery of complex technology initiatives. This individual will be responsible for translating business needs into clear, actionable plans and delivering scalable solutions that make an impact worldwide.

Job Description:

This is a key member of our team who will work autonomously and collaboratively across product, engineering, operations, and client teams to drive progress against goals and deliver high-quality results.

  • Lead multiple concurrent, complex technology projects from onboarding through successful delivery.
  • Serve as Scrum Master, facilitating ceremonies and fostering high-performance team dynamics.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Project Management: Own the end-to-end delivery of complex technology initiatives, ensuring timely and quality results.
  2. Scrum Master: Facilitate ceremonies, foster high-performance team dynamics, and ensure rapid, quality releases.
  3. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with Product Owners and stakeholders to transform business needs into clear, actionable plans and delivery schedules.
  4. Communication: Track and communicate project health with metrics like velocity, burn-down, throughput, and deadlines to both internal leadership and external clients.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5–10 years' experience managing software product delivery, ideally in SaaS or SportsTech sectors.
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM or PSM) is preferred.
