We are seeking a Customer Experience Manager to oversee our sales and customer success technology stack. This role will be responsible for managing, customizing, and optimizing the CRM system to support Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the CRM: Customize, optimize, and maintain the CRM system to meet the needs of Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
  • Build Processes: Create automations, workflows, and reports that make our teams faster and smarter.
  • Ensure Data Integrity: Maintain data accuracy, hygiene, and integrity across the system.
  • Enable Team Members: Train users, enforce best practices, and serve as the go-to expert for CRM questions.
  • Drive Insights: Build dashboards and reports that provide leadership visibility into pipeline, performance, and retention.
  • Support Growth: Partner with sales/marketing leadership to scale lead management, scoring, and customer journey tracking.

What We're Looking For:

  • 3+ years of CRM administration/management experience (HubSpot strongly preferred).
  • Deep understanding of sales and marketing processes in a SaaS environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills — you love data and details.
  • Comfortable managing integrations, APIs, and third-party tools.
  • Clear communicator with the ability to train and coach team members.
