Cloud Automation Specialist Role

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Automation Engineer to join our infrastructure team.

  • Main Responsibilities:
    • Infrastructure Design and Automation:
      • Develop scalable infrastructure-as-code (IaC) templates using Terraform, Ansible, and CloudFormation.
      • Automate provisioning and configuration across cloud-based environments.
      • Implement VMware automation with Aria stack and enable policy-as-code.
      • Manage OpenShift clusters for containerized environments.
    • Cicd Pipeline Management:
      • Build and manage Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CICD) pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, and GitHub Actions.
      • Integrate automated testing and quality checks for deployments.
      • Collaborate with DevOps and development teams to streamline the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
    • Cloud Platform Expertise:
      • Deploy and optimize infrastructure on VMware, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), and Google Cloud.
      • Enable multi-cloud strategies with Kubernetes/Docker.
      • Automate solutions on Nutanix platforms and hyperscaler environments.
    • Monitoring and Optimization:
      • Implement monitoring, auto-scaling, and self-healing mechanisms.
      • Troubleshoot and ensure high availability and disaster recovery readiness.
    • Collaboration and Documentation:
      • Work closely with DevOps, Operations, and Security teams.
      • Maintain detailed documentation and provide team mentorship.
