Game Economy Specialist Position

We are seeking a skilled professional to craft engaging social casino gaming experiences for players worldwide. The ideal candidate will design and manage in-game economies, ensuring optimal balance between player experience and revenue generation.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Create compelling economy models for our games.
  • Develop and balance in-app currencies, progression curves, reward structures, and monetization systems.
  • Analyze data to forecast behavioral trends and evaluate the impact of new features.
  • Iterate on game economy design based on key performance indicator analysis to enhance player satisfaction and performance.
  • Plan and design economy-driven live events and promotions.
  • Conduct A/B tests for pricing strategies, rewards, and progression tuning.
  • Prepare detailed economy specifications and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Design systems to prevent exploits and maintain economic stability.

Key Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in game economy design, preferably in Social Casino games.
  • Deep understanding of free-to-play economy design, monetization strategies, and player psychology.
  • Proficiency in statistical tools for analytical modeling.
  • Experience working closely with developers, product managers, and analysts.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Passion for gaming and knowledge of the gaming industry.
