We are seeking a seasoned Game Economy Strategist to craft captivating social casino gaming experiences for players worldwide.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and managing in-game economies, ensuring an optimal balance between player experience and monetization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop compelling economy models for our games
  • Design and balance in-app currencies, progression curves, reward structures, and monetization systems
  • Analyze data to forecast behavioral trends and evaluate the impact of new features
  • Continuously iterate on game economy design based on performance metrics to enhance player satisfaction and engagement
  • Plan and design economy-driven live events and promotions
  • Conduct A/B tests to optimize pricing strategies, rewards, and progression tuning
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement economy specifications and balancing sheets
  • Design systems to prevent exploits, control inflation, and maintain long-term economic stability

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in game economy design, preferably in Social Casino games
  • Deep understanding of free-to-play economy design, monetization strategies, and player psychology
  • Proficiency in MS Excel or other statistical tools for analytical modeling
  • Experience working closely with developers, product managers, and analysts
  • Strong communication skills
  • Passion for gaming and a good understanding of the gaming industry
