Supply Chain Planning Solutions Expert

We are currently seeking an experienced Supply Chain Planning Solutions Expert to design and implement effective supply chain planning solutions for our clients using Kinaxis RapidResponse (Maestro). This is a remote position with occasional business travel required.

The successful candidate will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and configure optimal supply chain planning solutions using Kinaxis RapidResponse (Maestro). They will play a key role in translating business requirements into technical solutions, supporting data integration, and ensuring clients achieve measurable value from their investments.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate directly with clients to comprehend their business requirements and collaborate with project teams to configure tailored solutions.
  • Configure RapidResponse (Maestro) according to client-specific processes, business requirements, and source system functionality.
  • Support Solution Architects designing complex solutions for business needs while maintaining best practices.
  • Validate and test the solution and capture user feedback.
  • Contribute to data management and data integration-related activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Relevant experience of 1-5 years is essential.
  • A degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or Operations Research or a related field with an excellent academic record.
  • Certification as a Solution Consultant level 1 is mandatory; higher certifications are advantageous.
  • Capability to develop RapidResponse (Maestro) resources to provide expected functionalities.
  • Effective communication skills to convey complex ideas in English, both verbally and in writing.
