Job Title: AI Architect for Quality Engineering

We are seeking a highly experienced AI/GenAI professional to drive innovation and implementation of AI/ML and Generative AI solutions within our Quality Management function.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Leadership:
    • Develop and execute the AI/GenAI strategy for SQA, aligning with the company's overall technology roadmap.
    • Provide thought leadership and guidance on the latest AI/GenAI trends and their potential applications in Software Quality Assurance practices.
  • Solution Development & Implementation:
    • Design and orchestrate AI/ML and GenAI solutions to automate quality management practices.
    • Lead the development of custom AI models and integrate pre-trained GenAI models to address Quality assurance challenges.
    • Create defect analysis and prediction models using Large Language Models.
  • Data Management & Analysis:
    • Define data strategies for collecting, storing, and processing large datasets.
    • Utilize advanced data analysis techniques to extract insights from data.
    • Ensure data quality and integrity for AI/ML model training and evaluation.
  • Collaboration & Communication:
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify Quality Assurance challenges using AI/GenAI.
    • Communicate complex technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
    • Presents findings and recommendations to senior management.
  • Research & Innovation:
    • Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI/ML and GenAI and evaluate their potential applications in SQA.
    • Conduct research and experimentation to explore new AI/GenAI solutions.
    • Evaluate and implement new AI tools into the software development lifecycle.
