Welcome to a senior leadership role at QX Global Group

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Accounts Payable team, with the primary objective of ensuring seamless workflow execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Management: Monitor and distribute daily tasks among team members to optimize productivity.
  • Process Governance: Manage a team of invoice processors, guaranteeing adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Turnaround Times (TATs), and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Critical Issue Resolution: Handle exceptions and escalate critical issues to management or stakeholders as necessary.
  • First Point of Contact: Serve as the primary point of contact for issue resolution.
  • Internal Control Compliance: Ensure all AP processes adhere to internal control and audit requirements.
  • Documentation Support: Assist in internal/external audits with necessary documentation.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor team performance and implement process improvements.
  • Motivation and Engagement: Motivate and engage team members to achieve goals.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Foster open communication and collaboration among team members.
  • Bottleneck Identification: Identify bottlenecks and suggest improvements to enhance accuracy and speed.
  • Automation Initiatives: Drive automation initiatives to increase efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar leadership role, with proven skills in leadership and strategic planning.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Outlook and MS Office.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Familiarity with Oracle Fusion is an advantage.
