As a Digital Operations Expert, you will be responsible for managing online inventory, maintaining accurate product listings across platforms, creating engaging social media posts, designing original T-shirt designs, graphics, and product visuals, administering the company website, and coordinating with vendors for product fulfillment and quality checks.

  • Manage online inventory and maintain accurate product listings across platforms.
  • Create and publish engaging social media posts to increase brand visibility.
  • Design and publish original T-shirt designs, graphics, and product visuals.
  • Administer and update the company website (Shopify and other platforms).
  • Coordinate with vendors for product fulfillment, quality checks, and timely delivery.
  • Assist in platform management for Shopify and other e-commerce marketplaces.

To excel in this role, you must possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. A laptop and internet connection are required. Flexible working hours with a focus on meeting weekly targets and delivering results will be expected. A performance-based stipend structure applies, offering 5% commission on every sale generated from your efforts.

Ideal candidates will have a basic knowledge of social media platforms, Canva/design tools, Shopify, or vendor coordination. Self-motivated, disciplined, and creative individuals eager to learn and deliver results are encouraged to apply.
