Chief Technology Officer

We are seeking a seasoned Chief Technology Officer to lead our technology direction and platform execution. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires strong technical expertise, business acumen, and strategic vision.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing the company's technology strategy, defining and overseeing the development of our agentic AI platform, and leading a high-performing engineering team. They will also collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver into real-world environments.

About the Role:

  • Develop and implement the company's technology strategy, including architecture, infrastructure, and platform development.
  • Lead a high-performing engineering team, providing guidance, mentorship, and coaching to ensure success.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product, operations, and implementation, to deliver into real-world environments.
  • Drive technical execution across short-term priorities and long-term strategic initiatives.
  • Operate with a startup mentality, prioritizing innovation, agility, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects and programs.
  • Deep expertise in Python or comparable backend languages, with experience designing and scaling complex systems and APIs.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with data pipelines, distributed systems, and workflow orchestration.
  • Startup experience or mindset, with a bias toward innovation, experimentation, and customer satisfaction.
