About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Transaction Operations Specialist. You will play a key role in supporting the lending lifecycle, including loan closing and servicing coordination, client onboarding, data management, and quality control.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with the creation of processes, standards, procedures, controls, training, and implementation of transaction management.
  • Work closely with lines of business, transaction management, and loan operations to define and implement operational metrics and risk and control reviews.
  • Provide training and support to transaction management staff and business constituents.

You will be responsible for ensuring all internal and external requirements are met, working closely with clients under time constraints to facilitate transactions or processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 6-8 years relevant experience in wholesale lending at large financial institutions.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Quantitative skills with high proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft-based programs.
