Corporate Social Responsibility Fundraising Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fundraising and Partnerships Manager to join our team at Give. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for initiating and establishing relationships with CSR decision makers, identifying relevant funders, and building high-quality funding proposals.
Key Responsibilities
- Initiate and establish relationships with CSR decision makers
- Identify relevant funders and build intelligence on their priorities and strategies
- Work with multiple nonprofits and internal teams to build high-quality funding proposals
- Build pitch decks and fundraising collateral
- Own fundraising targets and handle day-to-day fundraising operations
Requirements
- 7+ years of overall experience with at least 3 years in a fundraising/growth/sales/B2B relationships and partnerships role
- Genuine interest in the social impact sector
- Growth mindset, self-motivated, high confidence, and risk appetite
- Top-tier communication skills and great listening skills
- Strong academic and professional credentials, MBA preferred
