As a CSR Fundraising Manager, you will play a vital role in shaping the organization's fundraising strategy and securing vital resources to support our education initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive CSR fundraising strategy aligned with Edufront's education programs.
- Identify and secure CSR grants from corporations and foundations, leveraging relationships and networking skills.
- Collaborate with the operations team to implement CSR-funded projects, ensuring alignment with donor expectations and requirements.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Management, Social Sciences, or a related field from a prominent institution.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in CSR fundraising, corporate relations, or business development, with a strong background in education initiatives.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital communication tools.
- Proven ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects.
