We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Software Development Engineer in Test. This position is ideal for individuals who possess experience in software testing and development, with a strong focus on automation.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing automated testing frameworks using tools such as Selenium, Java, C#, and Playwright. They will also work closely with business users and IT teams to identify areas for improvement and implement efficient solutions.

  • Develop expertise in native Windows applications automation.
  • Design and implement automation frameworks.
  • Leverage Azure Test Plans and Azure DevOps.
  • Experience with Jmeter and SonarQube is an asset.

In addition, the candidate should have a good understanding of technology environments such as Azure, Azure SQL, and MSSQL. Experience in automating native applications (e.g., SAP) testing using TOSCA automation tool is a significant plus.

Requirements

  • Preferrable ISTQB certification.
  • Strong process analysis skills to suggest improvements for efficiency and effectiveness based on industry best practices.
  • Proven conceptual, analytical, and judgmental skills, accompanied by a positive attitude.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to facilitate discussions with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work directly with clients and management without supervision.
  • Leadership skills to work well with diverse team members, often in multiple locations.
  • Ability to work with different points of view and lead the team to convergence while maintaining focus on project objectives.
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
  • Excellent personal organization and ability to complete tasks without follow-ups.
