• Process in-patient and out-patient billing with precision.
• Establish effective communication with insurance companies, TPAs, and patients for seamless cashless approvals and claims processing.
• Maintain accurate records, prepare and verify bills, and ensure compliance with established policies.
• Monitor pending claims, denials, and settlements efficiently.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders for timely billing closure.
• Provide MIS reports and support audits as needed.

• Graduate degree in Commerce or Healthcare Management preferred.
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in hospital billing/TPA roles.
• Proficiency in insurance processes, coding, and hospital billing systems essential.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati required.
• Strong follow-up and problem-solving abilities crucial for success.
