**Job Title:** Web Analytics Specialist

Our team is seeking a highly skilled and data-driven Web Analytics Specialist to lead the end-to-end tracking and analytics setup for our web platform. This role is responsible for designing and implementing a comprehensive measurement framework, ensuring accurate data collection, and delivering actionable insights that drive business performance and user experience optimization.

As a Web Analytics Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Designing and implementing a robust tracking and measurement plan aligned with platform architecture and business goals.
  • Configuring and maintaining tracking infrastructure using Google Tag Manager (GTM), Mixpanel, and OneTrust Consent Platform.
  • Defining and implementing event tracking, user flow analysis, and conversion tracking.
  • Building custom Mixpanel dashboards and reports to monitor site performance and key KPIs.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience in web analytics and tracking implementation.
  • Hands-on expertise with GTM, Mixpanel, and consent management platforms.
  • Strong understanding of event-based analytics, conversion funnels, and A/B testing methodologies.
  • Familiarity with privacy laws and their impact on tracking and data collection.
  • Excellent collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical teams.
