Senior Software Engineer / Tech Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer / Tech Lead to join our organization. The successful candidate will have 8+ years of experience in software development and testing, with a strong focus on quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing, developing, and executing high-quality test cases.
  • Working closely with development teams to ensure that test cases are aligned with development goals and timelines.
  • Driving improvements in testing coverage, developing test suites, and automating end-to-end tests.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure proper testing coverage and effective communication of test results.
  • Coordinating with other teams to ensure timely delivery of quality software products.
  • Leading a team of testers and being responsible for the quality of their work.
  • Giving direction and leadership to other testers and defining strategies to ensure effective and efficient testing.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in software development and testing.
  • Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies and tools.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile or Scrum development methodologies.
  • Experience in preparing Test Plan, Test Strategy, and Test Cases covering Functional and UI scenarios.
  • Strong knowledge and experience of Functional/UI (Desktop and Mobile/MEW), Regression, Sanity, Smoke testing.
  • Experience in definition, implementation, and execution of the functional, regression test cases on highly iterative and collaborative projects.
