Job Title: CAE Simulation Specialist

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled CAE Simulation Specialist to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for executing CAE activities with a focus on component-level safety systems, primarily steering wheels.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute meshing and simulation projects with minimal guidance and full ownership.
  • Deliver quality results on time.
  • Learn and adopt new tools, processes, and methods to execute diverse tasks.
  • Support simulation activities across multiple teams for steering wheel projects.
  • Take responsibility and ownership of personal deliverables and support team activities.
  • Perform conclusive analysis of test and simulation results to drive improvements.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need strong fundamentals, analytical ability, and engineering basics. Proficiency in pre-processors like Hyperworks, LS-Pre-Post, ESI tools, and Primer is essential. Hands-on experience in Abaqus/LS-Dyna (Basic) – Implicit and Explicit Analysis – is also required.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Automotive / Industrial Engineering or related field.
  • Relevant certifications/training in CAE software preferred.
  • 1–3 years of relevant CAE experience. Automotive domain experience is an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills; strong team player.
  • Ability to learn and create new methods to execute multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Adaptability to changing business scenarios and flexibility to work in shifts.
