Advanced Product Designer

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled engineer to lead the design of complex products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical or automotive engineering and extensive experience with computer-aided engineering (CAE) software, particularly ANSYS and HyperMesh.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute comprehensive CAE simulations to analyze and optimize product designs.
- Conduct structural, durability, and noise vibration harshness (NVH) simulations using advanced tools like ANSYS and HyperMesh.
- Interpret and validate results to provide recommendations that improve product performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate simulation insights and drive innovation.
- Prepare technical documentation and simulation reports to communicate findings effectively.
- Optimize component design for weight, strength, noise, and vibration to meet industry standards.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering.
- A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in CAE design using software like ANSYS, HyperWorks, or equivalent.
- Strong proficiency in ANSYS and HyperMesh and a good understanding of structural mechanics, fatigue/durability, and NVH principles.
- Preferred experience in the automotive industry, especially in electric vehicle (EV) powertrain CAE simulation.
