We are looking for a Senior Commercial Growth Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our presence in India, South-East Asia, and the Middle East.
The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of software product sales experience in the banking/NBFC industry and significant exposure to the credit/lending segment. Prior experience selling Credit Decisioning Engine is highly desirable.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute commercial growth strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets
- Manage the entire customer deal life cycle from prospecting to deal closure
- Build strong relationships with clients and prospective clients to drive upsells
- Collaborate with the pre-sales and marketing teams to develop sales collateral
- Share insights from client interactions with product teams to enhance product capabilities
Requirements:
- 7+ years of software product sales experience in the banking/NBFC industry
- Significant exposure to the credit/lending segment and good familiarity with the lending process
- Prior experience selling Credit Decisioning Engine is highly desirable
- Proven ability to work independently, be proactive, and handle uncertainty
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and multitask
