Job Title: Data Platform Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced data platform engineer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Create innovative data pipelines for real-time ingestion of security insights and intelligence data.
  2. Design scalable data architectures and implement efficient stream processing solutions.
  3. Collaborate with industry experts to conceptualize, design, and build cutting-edge data platforms.
  4. Evaluate emerging technologies to optimize our data platform and contribute to open-source projects.
  5. Promote best practices in system architecture and influence the design of other teams' systems.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in building high-performance distributed data systems.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Golang.
  • Excellent understanding of data structures and algorithms.
  • Demonstrated expertise in development best practices like automated testing and code coverage.
  • Experience in building real-time stream processing systems using engines like Flink, Spark, or similar.
  • Knowledge of distributed datastores like Druid, Mongo, Cassandra, BigQuery, or similar.
  • Superb communication skills and ability to articulate complex technical concepts.
  • Bonus points for contributions to the open-source community.
Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent required. Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent strongly preferred.
