Job Opportunity

Pega CDH Developers are responsible for developing Pega decisioning constructs to implement new marketing campaigns and real-time decisioning modules, as well as providing post-implementation support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategies, upgrades and technical improvements
  • L3 support when needed based on agreed SLAs
  • Prepare packages and installations
  • Find technical improvements and apply best practices
  • Improve the technical performance of the application
  • Align internally on solutions to be applied
  • Optimize database queries
  • Estimate effort for tasks and raise concerns when needed
  • Participate in team meetings and ceremonies

Requirements:

  • 6+ years experience in Pega Decisioning and marketing. Pega PRPC Version 8.x/7.x Development and integration.
  • Certifications: PEGA Certified Senior System Architect, PEGA Certified Decisioning Consultant, PEGA Certified System Architect
  • Solid experience in Pega Customer Decision Hub in Telecom industry minimum 3 years
  • Knowledge of integration protocols (REST-JSON, SOAP-XML)
  • Ability to develop integrations with other systems and troubleshoot issues
  • Knowledge of Oracle, Cassandra, SQL and ETL at developer level
  • Knowledge of Java, JSP, J2EE, XML and EJB
  • Ability to implement rules and build low-level designs
  • Experience in implementing Pega Decisioning rules, Strategies, engagement policies, constraints and channel configuration
  • Experience in developing, monitoring and troubleshooting batch campaigns
  • Knowledge of data flows, segmentation and AI concepts
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex production issues
  • Coordination with operations and testing teams
  • Development activities including peer reviews and technical issue escalation
