  • Strong proficiency in Ruby fundamentals, idioms, metaprogramming, and advanced concepts like OOP, mixins, blocks, procs, and lambdas.
  • Deep understanding of memory management, GC tuning, performance profiling, and deployment strategies.
  • Experience with frameworks like Ruby on Rails, Grape, ActiveRecord, ActiveJob, ActionCable, and lifecycle callbacks.
  • Proficient with Bundler, Rake, Rubygems, and gem building/publishing.
  • Knowledge of version control systems like RVM, rbenv, chruby, and PostgreSQL database management.
