We are seeking a seasoned Full Stack Developer with 4+ years of experience in Ruby on Rails and Golang to design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and modern web applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • API Development: Design and implement robust APIs and backend systems using Ruby on Rails and Go.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with front-end developers and product teams to deliver high-quality features.
  • Optimization: Ensure the performance, scalability, and security of applications.
  • Coding Standards: Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
  • Code Review: Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.

Requirements:

  • At least 4+ years of professional experience in software development.
  • Strong proficiency in Ruby on Rails and Golang programming languages.
  • Experience with RESTful APIs, PostgreSQL, and background job processing.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP), CI/CD, Docker is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and remote collaboration skills.
