Product Leadership Opportunity

The successful candidate will lead the development of our product strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. This includes driving feature prioritization and roadmap development in collaboration with third-party developers and design teams.

User feedback and research are crucial to this role. The candidate will work closely with nutritionists and managers to translate clinical requirements into product features. Regular user testing sessions will be conducted to validate features and monitor app usage patterns to identify areas for improvement.

Data analytics is also a key aspect of this role. The candidate will define product analytics requirements and KPIs, transforming user data into actionable insights. They will develop feature specifications for reporting and dashboard functionalities, using data to inform product decisions and measure feature adoption.

Collaboration and communication are essential skills for this role. The candidate will coordinate effectively between internal teams and external technology partners, communicating product vision and progress clearly to leadership, clinical teams, and stakeholders.

  • Understanding of healthcare data and clinical workflows
  • Proven track record of successful product launches or major feature releases
