Job Title: Asset Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized professional to manage the entire IT asset lifecycle from procurement to retirement.

This includes tracking and maintaining records of hardware and software inventory, coordinating IMAC activities efficiently, ensuring asset-related data is up-to-date and accurately documented in ITSM tools, and preparing regular asset reports using MS Excel.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the asset lifecycle process and experience handling IT assets, as well as excellent communication and coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage IT Assets: Procure, track, and maintain records of hardware and software inventory.
  • Coordinate IMAC Activities: Ensure efficient installation, movement, addition, and change of IT assets.
  • Maintain Asset Records: Update and document accurate information in ITSM tools.
  • Prepare Reports: Use MS Excel to generate regular asset reports.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At Least 1.6 Years of Experience: In IT asset coordination or management.
  • Strong Understanding: Of the asset lifecycle process.
  • Excellent Communication: And coordination skills.
  • Hands-on Experience: With Excel for data tracking and reporting.
