Job Title: Unix Systems Integration Advisor

Job Description

NTT DATA is seeking a skilled Unix Systems Integration Advisor to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our Unix/Linux-based systems and infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

  1. Design, implement, and maintain Unix/Linux-based systems and infrastructure to meet business requirements.
  2. Evaluate and integrate new operating system versions, drivers, and hardware to ensure optimal performance.
  3. Provide in-depth diagnosis and solutions for operating system software/hardware failures.
  4. Monitor and tune systems to achieve optimal performance levels in standalone and multi-tiered environments.
  5. Conduct system analysis, configuration management, and develop improvements for system software performance, availability, and reliability.
  6. Implement appropriate levels of system security, maintain security patching, and remediate vulnerabilities.
  7. Perform incident resolution, problem determination, and root cause analysis in accordance with ITIL.
  8. Recommend and implement modifications to the server environment to improve efficiency and customer service levels.
  9. Maintain server inventory and ensure accuracy.
  10. Monitor server backup and monitoring solutions.
  11. Provide technical expertise for system transitions, migrations, and consolidations.
  12. Stay up-to-date with industry and business principles.

Requirements:

  1. 12+ years of overall experience.
  2. 6+ years of AWS experience.
  3. 6+ years of experience working in a diverse cloud support environment in a 24*7 production support model.

Preferred Certifications:

  • AWS SysOps Administrator/Solutions Architect Associate Certifications.
  • AWS Solutions Architect Professional Certification.
