Job Overview

Main Responsibilities:- Oversee a team of inside sales representatives to achieve sales targets and improve customer engagement.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers to drive long-term partnerships.
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets.
- Conduct presentations, meetings, and negotiations to promote online degree programs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing and sales strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, competition, and industry developments to inform business decisions.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and account management for new partners.
- Meet and exceed revenue and growth targets.
