Lead Experiential Learning Opportunities

The Lead will be responsible for curating, managing, and scaling high-impact learning opportunities beyond the classroom.

This role focuses on driving experiential challenges that equip students with real-world problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize and execute challenges that deliver measurable learning outcomes.
  • Ensure challenges offer industry exposure and skill development.
  • Track participation, outcomes, and feedback to refine future editions.
  • Serve as primary point of contact for students regarding Outclass activities and communications.
  • Support timetabling, attendance, LMS updates, and record-keeping for sessions.
  • Collaborate with mentors, facilitators, and experts to ensure high-quality delivery.
  • Plan and execute showcases and events across the UG program.
  • Handle end-to-end logistics: requirements gathering, mentor coordination, and execution.
  • Manage reimbursements, student winnings, and finance coordination for activities.
  • Ensure timely documentation, reporting, and communication of initiatives.
  • Provide resolutions to student operational queries and IT/logistical needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 4-6 years of professional experience in education operations, student engagement, or experiential learning.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with LMS platforms, reporting, and student communication systems.
