Identity Management Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Identity Management Specialist to join our team.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and implementing identity management systems, ensuring secure and efficient access control, authentication, and authorization processes. This role involves designing, deploying, and maintaining IAM solutions using SAP technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement identity management systems using SAP IDM/IAS/IPS technologies
  • Configure and maintain IAM solutions for secure authentication, authorization, and access control
  • Develop and deploy custom IAM components and integrations with third-party systems
  • Perform regular security audits and vulnerability assessments on IAM systems
  • Analyze and resolve IAM-related issues and incidents in a timely manner
Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in SAP Security/IAM, with at least 3 years of experience in IAS/IPS
  • Strong hands-on expertise in SAP IAS (SSO, SAML 2.0, OAuth, OpenID Connect, MFA, federation)
  • Practical experience in SAP IPS provisioning for S/4HANA Cloud and BTP applications
  • Deep understanding of SAP BTP security concepts – subaccounts, role collections, entitlements, trust setup
  • Experience with corporate identity providers (Azure AD, Okta, Ping Identity) integration
Desirable Skills:
  • Exposure to SAP GRC Access Control or SAP IDM for governance and role-based provisioning
  • Knowledge of certificate-based authentication, SCIM, and Zero Trust models
  • Experience in BTP multi-tenant and service-to-service authentication setups
  • Familiarity with authorization concepts in S/4HANA Cloud and BTP services
