Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Senior DevOps Engineer to join our production group. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to lead the development of scalable systems and guide best practices across DevOps, SRE, and security.

This role requires a strong background in infrastructure automation, incident management, and on-call support. The ideal candidate will have experience working with large-scale Kubernetes clusters and developing Infrastructure-as-Code using Terraform and HashiCorp tools.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactive Remediation: Design and implement automated tools for proactive remediation of known issues, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment processes.
  • Security Integration: Integrate best-in-class security tools and practices, including Palo Alto Networks and other industry-leading technologies, to secure production environments.
  • Architecture Enhancement: Collaborate with development and research teams to enhance architecture, improve service reliability, and optimize performance.
  • Root Cause Analysis: Conduct thorough root cause analysis to identify and resolve production issues quickly.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with the Cortex Cyber Security Research Group to build, operate, and scale the production environment for our SaaS platform.
