HVAC Systems Specialist

We are seeking a skilled HVAC systems specialist to design, implement, and maintain mechanical systems for commercial, industrial, and domestic projects. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of mechanical systems, codes, and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • System Design: Develop detailed technical construction drawings, calculations, and specifications for mechanical systems using computer-assisted engineering or design software/tools (AutoCAD, REVIT, Navisworks, Trane Trace, Carrier HAP).
  • Technical Specifications: Prepare relevant technical specifications, sequence of operations, and details for the project as per customer requirements and existing conditions.
  • Code Compliance: Review design concept, calculations, drawings to ensure accuracy of design intent, Code Compliance, and customer requirements.
  • Engineering Submittals: Review Engineering submittals, shop drawings, and various construction administration procedures to provide quick turnaround during the project's construction phase.
  • Training and Development: Develop training modules, calculation procedures, and other company tool development methods used in Design & Execution. Train young engineers to conform to standards and improve performances.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate with client, project managers, and vendors to ensure on-time delivery of projects as per schedule and requirements.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 4+ Years of experience in HVAC design and implementation.
  • Skills: Strong in Revit and AutoCAD, worked with Building Services, international projects (US preferred), team handling experience.
