Software Engineering Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an accomplished leader to drive the strategic development of our SaaS platform.

  • Define and execute a comprehensive engineering strategy to propel business growth and customer adoption.
  • Lead global research and development initiatives, driving product transformation and innovation.
  • Build and retain a high-performing engineering team, fostering talent development and technical excellence.

The ideal candidate possesses 15+ years of software engineering experience, including 10+ years leading SaaS platform/product development in Agile environments. A proven track record of managing large teams, building engineering pipelines, and driving technical innovation is essential.

Strong expertise in cloud-native architectures, containers, APIs, Infrastructure-as-Code, and serverless computing is required. In-depth understanding of software and infrastructure cost dynamics is also crucial. Technical background in Java, .NET, AWS, RedHat, ETL tools, and front-end technologies is necessary. Familiarity with Github Copilot and Jira is advantageous.

Key Qualifications
  • 15+ years of software engineering experience
