Job Title: Digital Advertising Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Digital Advertising Specialist to join our team. This is a key role within our organization, responsible for developing and executing high-performing digital advertising campaigns.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital advertising, particularly within the e-commerce and app ecosystem. They will be responsible for planning and managing monthly, quarterly, and annual Google Ads budgets with a focus on ROI, ROAS, CAC, and LTV.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Digital Campaign Planning & Execution: Develop, launch, and scale high-performing Google campaigns across Search, Performance Max (PMax), Display, Demand Gen, and YouTube.
  2. Campaign & Budget Management: Plan and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual Google Ads budgets with a focus on ROI, ROAS, CAC, and LTV.
  3. App & Offline Store Marketing: Execute Google UAC campaigns for app installs and retention, and strategize store visit, event-based, and hyperlocal targeting campaigns for offline activation.
  4. Creative & Content Collaboration: Collaborate with brand and graphic teams to define creative requirements for search copy, display banners, and video ads.
  5. Research & Experimentation: Conduct competitor research, keyword gap analysis, and e-commerce trend tracking, and continuously test new ad formats, audience segments, and placements.

Must-Have Skills:

  • 3.5+ years of hands-on experience in managing large-scale Google Ads campaigns.
  • Deep understanding of the e-commerce funnel, app install strategies, and paid performance metrics.
  • Mastery of Search, PMax, Demand Gen, Display, and YouTube campaigns.
  • Strong analytical mindset and proficiency in tools like GA4, Google Ads Dashboard, Keyword Planner, and Auction Insights.

  • Experience with Google Ads, including campaign setup, budgeting, and optimization.
