Job Summary

We are seeking a Business Systems Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mind, excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or in teams.

The Business Systems Specialist will be responsible for analyzing client data, capturing requirements, documenting configurations and testing system functionality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze client data for data loading and verify application functionality with client data.
  • Capture and understand Client Requirements, analyze and map to product solution.
  • Document requirements that may require further configurations.
  • Client communication on meeting agendas, meeting minutes, system demos, and client inquiries.
  • Take client calls on issues and inquiries and navigate to closure.
  • Test system functionality, report issues, and drive to completion.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A logical and analytical mind.
  • Quick learner to understand product functionality and map to client requirements.
  • Ability to work independently or in teams.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and ability to articulate in a precise and accurate manner.
  • Possess high energy and drive to take on tasks proactively.
  • Experience in using implementation and delivery services software and tools.
  • Experience in software product implementation and support.
  • Knowledge of SQL and complex Excel functions is a plus.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Management, or a related field with 6+ years of relevant experience.
