Job Title: Manhattan Proactive Trainer

Role Summary

This is a part-time freelance role for a Manhattan Proactive Trainer at Learn N Grow Academy. The Proactive Trainer will be responsible for preparing and delivering engaging course content, providing personalized support to students, assessing learner progress, and incorporating feedback to improve instructional strategies. Additionally, the trainer will assist in developing and implementing new training materials to meet the evolving needs of learners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver corporate trainings using best practices
  • Utilize strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to engage learners
  • Proficiency with online teaching tools and virtual learning environments
  • Ability to assess learner progress and provide constructive feedback
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in Education, Teaching, or a related field
  • Experience in the educational sector is a plus
