Freelance Design Expert Wanted
We're looking for a skilled freelance graphic designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience designing engaging visual content for social media platforms, including Instagram carousels, YouTube thumbnails, and WhatsApp broadcast art.

As a freelancer, you will be responsible for creating daily social content, maintaining our visual system, and collaborating with our content and copy teams to align on campaign objectives and timelines. You will also be expected to iterate based on performance metrics and conduct rapid A/B tests to optimize our designs.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have strong design skills, proficiency in Figma and Adobe CC, and the ability to work in fast sprints while managing multiple briefs and deadlines.
  • Design daily social content: Instagram carousels, reels covers, short video graphics, YouTube thumbnails, story templates, creatives, and WhatsApp broadcast art.
  • Own the visual system: Maintain and evolve our social brand guidelines, typography, color, iconography, and illustration style.
  • Concept → Creative: Translate content briefs into clear visual narratives, data visuals, and memes that are easy to grasp and fun to share.
  • Motion & video support: Create lightweight motion graphics (titles, lower-thirds, transitions) and edit simple reels when needed.
  • Data-informed design: Iterate based on performance metrics (shares, saves, CTR, watch time) with rapid A/B tests (e.g., two thumbnail variants).
  • Speed + quality: Turn around quick news-reactive posts without sacrificing clarity or brand tone.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with content, copy, and performance teams to align on campaign objectives and timelines.
  • Asset management: Maintain a clean, searchable library of design files and templates.
