We are seeking a highly motivated Motion Graphic Designer to join our team in India. As a key member of our Learning & Development (L&D) delivery team, you will play a pivotal role in building engaging and immersive learning experiences, communications, marketing, and other assets that drive behavior change across the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop course or marketing assets using various tools and technologies based on the course and design requirements.
  • Organize and maintain creative assets, including videos, using best practices for version control, naming conventions, and organization of graphic files
  • Take an initial concept to the next level with motion graphics and animations, including 2D and 3D animations.
  • Work in close collaboration with stakeholders, designers, and marketing / communications colleagues throughout all phases of project development.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in Art Direction, Graphic Design, Motion Graphics or equivalent field.
  • Experience operating in large, multi-national corporations in a highly matrixed, complex structure.
  • Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere, Illustrator, and Photoshop and in at least one 3D motion design tool such as Cinema 4D or similar.

You will be responsible for creating high-quality visual assets that enhance employee engagement and bring to life the learning asset, communication, or marketing material being created. You will work closely with our L&D teams and stakeholders to develop multimedia content for learning & development programs and create learning assets using various tools and technologies.
