About the Role

A Visual Storyteller will be responsible for creating engaging, high-quality videos for diverse projects—marketing, social media, product demos, testimonials, and branded content.

They must have experience with the Adobe Creative Suite, professional proficiency in Premiere Pro, and intermediate knowledge of After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop.

Collaboration with creative, content, and design teams will be essential to deliver polished, visually appealing videos aligned with brand guidelines.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Edit raw footage into professional videos for various platforms (YouTube, Instagram, website, ads).
  • Incorporate graphics, music, audio mixing, sound effects, transitions, captions, and color grading to enhance video impact.
  • Collaborate regularly with creative leads, marketers, and motion designers to meet project requirements and brand standards.
  • Review and implement feedback on drafts to produce final cuts within deadlines.
  • Organize and manage video assets and files for efficient workflow; export videos in required formats.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, new editing techniques, and video technologies.
  • Maintain a consistent style and brand voice across all videos.
Qualifications, Experience, and Expertise
  • Bachelor's degree in Media, Communication, Animation, or related field.
  • 2-3 years' hands-on experience with professional video editing.
  • Advanced proficiency with Adobe suites such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
  • Solid understanding of color correction, audio editing, and motion graphics.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent teamwork, communication, and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with social media algorithm requirements and digital distribution standards.
