As an Invoicing Trainee, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining financial accuracy by ensuring timely and precise invoicing. Your duties will include preparing and issuing invoices to customers, meeting invoice delivery timelines, and entering invoices into customer systems.

This position requires a highly motivated and organized individual with excellent communication skills, both written and oral, and hands-on experience with Microsoft Excel (formulas, V-lookup, Pivot Table). You should also possess good analytical and logical skills, as well as knowledge of accounting principles.

You will work closely with the payroll and invoicing team to accelerate the invoice submission process and ensure AR hygiene. This involves handling invoice rejections and credits, reconciling self-billed cases with customer-approved timesheets, and maintaining SOPs for the complete invoicing process account-wise.
