Job Overview

The Capture Strategist plays a pivotal role in helping our organization grow by identifying and securing new business opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive capture plans across the entire lifecycle, including teaming, pricing, and proposal development.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities and coordinate with stakeholders to prepare for upcoming procurements.
  • Review and qualify RFIs and RFPs, driving the proposal process forward.
  • Prepare high-quality written proposals through collaborative concept development, information gathering, and writing.
  • Maintain reference databases for technical, management, and past performance.
  • Develop compelling content leveraging industry knowledge and conduct after-action reviews for all contracts.
  • Identify necessary adjustments to capture techniques and strategies based on lessons learned.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in capture-related activities for Federal or State procurements.
  • A track record of winning staffing and SOW-based proposals in the Public Sector.
  • Demonstrated ability to write clear, logical, and persuasive documents.
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills with an understanding of cost and financials.
  • Familiarity with GSA and other Federal Schedules.
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in a relevant field (e.g. English, Journalism, Communications).

  • Ability to prioritize, lead, and manage multiple projects and tasks to successful completion.
