Marketing Operations Coordinator Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Operations Coordinator to join our team at Clear Summit Group. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to franchisees, managing website properties, and working on various projects to achieve our brand's goals.

About the Role:

  • You will provide exceptional support to business networks via email, training materials, and phone calls to address marketing-related inquiries and onboard new locations.
  • You will assist in the management of our website properties, including supporting requests from franchisees.
  • You will ensure the smooth operation and access of marketing tools, serving as a resource for business networks and internal teams.
  • You will collaborate with various freelancers, partners, and agencies as needed.
  • You will work closely with brand executives, operations representatives, fellow marketing team members, and franchise owners to further develop and support our brand's marketing systems.
  • You will lead various projects that aid in achieving our annual goals.
  • You will perform other duties as assigned by your supervisor.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing.
  • At least 2 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a similar field.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cross-discipline projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with a customer service orientation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly curious with strong self-awareness and a commitment to personal growth.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment with a constantly growing organization.
  • Self-starter who takes personal responsibility for task completion and success.
  • Ability to follow processes and systems.
  • Proficiency with systems and tools, including no-code automation platforms (e.g., Zapier), CRMs, and analytics tools, with the ability to learn and adapt quickly.
  • Strong priority management skills.
  • Experience using platforms like Monday.com is a plus.
