Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with product owners to understand business needs and drive technical solutions.
  • Design and implement data engineering processes to meet business objectives, working closely with architects, modelers, and cross-functional teams.
  • Lead engineers in solving complex technical challenges and develop new processing components.
  • Establish and refine best practices, ensuring production-ready code that is robust, scalable, and reusable.
  • Support and troubleshoot environments, tune performance, and document technical artifacts.
  • Build sustainable relationships and foster a versatile team culture.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 8-10 years of experience in data engineering, with advanced SQL queries and Snowflake expertise preferred.
  • Experience with cloud warehouses, dimensional marts, and DevOps models utilizing CI/CD tools.
  • Strong analytical skills, ability to use analytical functions, and knowledge of modeling and analysis.
