Enrollment Growth Strategist

This role focuses on developing and implementing a comprehensive growth strategy that attracts, recruits, and retains students. The key objective is to showcase the university's promises through various touchpoints within the University community.

The ideal candidate will establish and maintain positive relationships with area educational constituencies, including schools, consultants, admissions directors, and organizations. This involves promoting the university nationwide by making presentations and speeches at educational fairs and conferences.

To succeed in this role, you will need extensive experience in education admissions or sales, as well as a strong understanding of digital marketing and social networking campaigns for student recruitment, event promotion, and media campaigns.

You will be responsible for developing and managing a business plan and an integrated marketing strategy that incorporates print, online, and digital media to achieve enrollment goals in partnership with the Admissions Office. You will also oversee promotional activities, schedule or conduct tours, student interviews, and information sessions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Establish and update procedures and criteria for student admissions
  • Develop and manage a business plan and marketing strategy
  • Promote the university and attract new students
  • Oversee admissions materials, events, and marketing practices
  • Provide information to students, parents, and guardians regarding admissions requirements and processes
  • Engage in student recruiting process
  • Maintain continuing flow of quality applicants
  • Direct, hire, and coach admissions staff members

Required Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree (preferably in Business Studies, Marketing, PR, Economics, etc.)
  • 10-15 years of experience in Sales & Marketing
