Job Description

We are seeking a visionary leader to drive the data strategy for our Research and Development organization. This individual will be responsible for defining, leading, and executing data solutions that support R&D initiatives.

  • Lead the data and technology strategy for R&D, fostering collaboration across teams and functions.
  • Define and deliver a strategic data roadmap aligned with our future vision, focusing on accelerated business value outcomes.
  • Act as a change agent, transforming R&D data into a future-ready ecosystem capable of supporting key initiatives and promoting rapid innovation.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, including experience in managing large-scale data ecosystems and driving Agile delivery excellence. A deep understanding of scientific computing and pharma R&D application landscape is also required.

  • Degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Bioinformatics, Life Sciences, or a related technical field.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams across geographies and organizational boundaries.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and stakeholder engagement practices.
