Job Title: Application Support Engineer

Role Overview:
  • To provide support for Access Control and CCTV systems.
  • To diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware issues pertaining to these systems.
  • Remote system configuration support to internal clients.
  • Identify and analyze system failures and assist on-site technicians with break-fix.
  • Track system issues through resolution within agreed time limits.
  • Evaluate escalated issues and engage appropriate teams.
  • Document technical knowledge in notes and manuals for reference.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of Access Control and CCTV systems, preferably with experience in installation and maintenance.
  • Proficiency in CCURE 9000 and CCURE GO software and related hardware integration.
  • Experience with enterprise CCTV systems like Intellicene, Symphia VMS, Genetec video solutions.
  • Windows Server Operating Systems expertise (2016, 2019).
  • SQL and PowerShell programming skills are a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Motivated self-starter with multitasking abilities.
Requirements and Expectations:

The ideal candidate holds an Engineering Degree in Electronics/Computer Science or equivalent. The role involves working in shifts, including night shifts, with regular working hours of 9 hours/day, 5 days a week.
